Ripple Effect Property was established to meet the needs of captains, crew and owners of yachts, looking to buy property within Australia.
Having previously worked on yachts, Kim Bindon, the founder of Ripple Effect Property, undertstands the difficulties faced when researching and buying property from abroad.
Her focus lies in making the Australian property market accessible to the yachting industry and alleviating the stress that the purchasing process can deliver.
